-Please also make sure that your dance teacher supports your intention to be part of the programme. We respect the work they already have invested in your training and their support is needed to continue in the programme.

-Submitting the form represents your full understanding and acceptance of our terms and conditions of service

-After submitting the form, the webpage will direct you to our shop to make your payment.

During the Associate Programme, we may take photographs and/or videos of the lessons and activities.

If, we would like to use some of that material to produce future promotional material or post these on our Facebook and Instagram accounts and/or website.

Your child may appear in those photos or footage.
