AUDITION REGISTRATION FORM

REQUIREMENTS to Complete This Form

Please prepare three photographs:

1 head-and-shoulders photo
1 full-length photo in dancewear (no skirts), facing front with feet in a parallel position
1 photo in any dance position of your choice

You also need a character reference letter from your dance teacher. If you are unable to provide the letter or photos now, you may submit them before your audition day.

For the Audition Day

Prepare to perform a 1.5-minute dance, preferably your own choreography in a style of your choice.
Prepare a 1.5-minute song to be performed with a backing track.

The audition fee is £45

IMPORTANTWe will contact you by email with the time and date of your audition.

After submitting the registration form, you will receive an automated receipt email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Injuries or illness. Please list any injury -including recurrent- or serious illness that we should be aware of: (If your audition is successful, you will be expected to supply a full medical fitness report prior to registration).
